Today in math we continued reviewing for the MCA’s.  First we did 2 problems together from the assignment that was due today.  See those notes (pages 1 & 2):  April 14 notes.  Then we corrected that packet and I handed out the packet that is due tomorrow.  Finally, we worked at one station.  The notes for today’s online practice test station are MCA Item Sampler Pr. 5-7.

Homework: MCA REVIEW 2011 – Algebra 2 – Geometry 1 – due tomorrow.  We did #57 together (notes on page 3 of the April 14 notes link above).  Most of the other questions from #52 – #56 were on an MCA packet from before Spring Break.

Extra Credit POTD: Find the volume of a triangular prism with triangle height = 10 inches, triangle base = 5 inches, and prism height = 100 inches.  (Send your work and answer to tweise@buffalo.k12.mn.us)
